Barry Case, Jr. is a Senior Manager at Florida Blue (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida) with more than 20 years of award-winning leadership experience spanning across health solutions, insurance, finance, non-profit and education. His leadership philosophy is grounded in servant and collective leadership, with a strong belief that sustainable success is created when people and communities understand that “We’re In This Together.” Barry leads with a strong external-facing focus, intentionally engaging the community and cultivating strategic partnerships with organizations such as Duval County Public Schools (DCPS), the New Town Success Zone, City Rescue Mission, Sponsored by Grace, Impact Church, and Feeding Northeast Florida. Community service consists of supporting food distribution initiatives for families in need, partnering with community partners to provide platforms and events to help individuals and families to achieve better health. Barry’s commitment to community service and togetherness is deeply personal and rooted in his upbringing. Raised by a mother who modeled compassion through mentoring young men in the prison system, and consistently helping those less fortunate, he learned early that leadership is not a title—but a responsibility to serve. That foundation continues to shape his personal and professional mission today.
