April 24–26, 2026

Join us for a our annual church retreat at O’Leno State Park! We’ll gather starting Friday afternoon and wrap up our time together by noon on Sunday.

Service & Work Crews

Part of the beauty of our retreat is how we serve one another. To keep things running smoothly, please note the following:

• Work Assignments: All attendees ages 12 and up will be assigned to a work crew.
• Family Scheduling: For married couples with children, try to request different meal shifts (Prep and Clean-up) so one parent is available for the kids—unless you have another designated person to watch them.
• We are looking for one Final Clean-up Volunteer.
  • The Perk: You are exempt from all other meal shifts during the weekend!
  • The Catch: If no one volunteers for this role, we will transition to an “all-hands-on-deck” approach for the final cleanup on Sunday.

Note: Assignments and preferences are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to get your registration in early!

Registration Form

Registration fee is $65/person over 3. T-shirts are $20/each. (Please make sure to get in your order at least a week ahead of time if you are ordering t-shirts.)
