Volunteers Needed for Arlington Neighborhood Accountability Board (NAB)

Meets monthly, the 4th Tuesday at 1:45 PM. The youth who have committed non-violent misdemeanors in District #4 are given civil citations rather than being arrested. They are held accountable at four NABs across the city.  Youth arrests have been drastically reduced since ICARE addressed this issue.

The Arlington NAB meets at UUCJ. The Board is made up of volunteers from the community with a trained facilitator, usually someone from Teen Court. New volunteers are needed. The process is to attend one time as an observer before  participating. The next NAB will be on Tuesday, November 28 at 1:45PM.  For more information contact Lois Hoeft at .
