Here ye! Here ye! The donation phase of the 2022 Service Auction has begun.

First, a heads up to those of you who have purchased events at our 2021 auction that have not taken place, these events are in the works as we speak and will take place as soon as possible.

This year’s Service Auction will take place Sun May 15th through Sun May 29th.  Our auction will be online again due to the success we had last year: more funds were raised than in the social hall, we were able to reach more people, overhead was cut to almost nothing and these are just a few advantages;  this decision was made due to covid uncertainty as well. Those of you who don’t receive email, not to worry, we will contact you via regular mail.

Your donation of services is needed more than ever this year, service auction funds help greatly to close the gap in our budget expenditures. Here are a few things to think about while considering your submission: events such as themed dinners, brunches, picnics and parties are very popular and lucrative; home repairs, also very popular.  Submission forms are required for events, and are available to fill out and submit on the website, also you will receive one in the near future via email or regular mail.

We have heard from so many about how much they enjoy providing and attending Service Auction events, our hope is that you hear the call from your UU church and faithfully play your part by submitting a donation or two in the very near future, deadline for donation is May 8th.  Contact Darlene via email:  or phone 904-525-1265 for questions or help.
