Let’s Continue Our Excellent Support of Our Arlington Neighbors

We hope to deliver about 50 pounds of groceries this week. Thanks to core donors who are dropping off their donations! ACS also accepts cash donations for their other efforts such as helping families with JEA bills or rent for those who cannot shop.

Message from Mary Louise Weber, Executive Director of Arlington Community Services, Inc.:

We are thankful for all of your gifts of food, monetary donations, clean white T-shirts and socks. So many families need financial help and the homeless are increasing. We helped 9 families with rent/JEA in July and fed 218 clients and 37 homeless.

Current needs are: Hamburger Helper, mac & cheese, pop-top pasta meals, pop-top pork & beans, canned tomatoes, canned meats, tuna in pouches, sardines, and toothpaste.  We are also in need of small toiletries for the homeless bags. Be Safe and be blessed!
