Tammy Tibbles’ mother, Carol Jean Mobley Tibbles, passed away in the morning of February 11, 2021 in Jacksonville.  A party celebrating Carol’s life will be planned at a later date due to the pandemic.  Condolences go out to Tammy and Aaron and their family.
