Happy New Year and Our Goal is 3500 for 2021!

Mary Louis Weber, Director of ACS, indicated that we contributed 497 pounds from UUCJ and 17 from the Arlington Community Garden in December.  I updated the total for 2020 to 4461, which is 1261 pounds over our goal.  A special thanks to Arlington Community Garden—and its sponsors that include Green Sanctuary—for the fresh produce.

While the Special Collection for Arlington Community Services is still being tallied, it appears that we may exceed $ 2,000, mostly due to one family donating $1,000.  Our goal was to exceed $1,000, and again UUCJ members and friends came through.

UUCJ/ACS Teamsters delivered 116 lbs. in the first week of January and 58 in the second week.
