Unitarian Universalist Church of Jacksonville Foundation, a separate nonprofit corporation responsible for managing the Endowment that benefits UU Church of Jacksonville, will have its annual meeting required by its bylaws after the UU Church of Jacksonville’s Annual Meeting on Zoom on December 13, 2020.  The UUCJ Foundation will have a vote to add Lois Hoeft for a three-year term to the Board and extend Carlos Fraticelli for one year.  Meg Rohal, President of UUCJ Foundation Board, and Tom Larson, Treasurer, will give quick updates on the UUCJ Foundation’s status.

All members in good standing of UUCJ are also members of the Foundation which gives you the right to vote at the Annual Meeting.  The meeting will take place at the end of the congregational meeting as the final agenda item.  There will be no need to sign in to a separate Zoom meeting.
