ICARE (Interfaith Coalition for Action, Reconciliation and Empowerment) is having their first big event for the 20-21 year, the Community Problems Assembly, on November 9 at 7:00 p.m. Sheriff Williams, State Attorney Nelson and Supt. Greene will be participating. ICARE leaders will be voting on a new problem to address. There are multiple ways to attend this event:
