Stress Tip of the Week

Sometimes the best thing to stop all of the overwhelming information from running around in our brains—either consciously or subconsciously—is to just block it out. Block it out with some great music. Block it out with music that you can just listen to over and over again all day (or for many days). Just give your brain and your body a rest!
