Stress Tip of The Week

One of the fastest ways to shift out of stress is to take a deep breath. Imagine taking in a big breath then picture breathing it out through the bottom of your feet into the the Earth, the center of the Earth, to recycle. It’s just energy—extra energy you don’t need. Ahhhhh! 

Now picture breathing in the grounding energy of the Earth: breath in the smell and feel of the rich dirt, the grass. Then, do it again. This exercise  of controlled breathing helps to build your immune system by releasing stress chemicals, which also helps in mood regulation. It helps you feel more confident when you are overwhelmed by getting in touch with your inner core of calm strength and focusing on the moment. Practice it often. It works fast
