Clothes Closet Outreach

Unfortunately, I will no longer be able to carry on this outreach program in 2019 due to health reasons. I have been doing it for the past two years, and it has been very successful, with over a ton of donations in 2017, and close to that this year. So- if you are interested in taking it over or perhaps sharing the duties with others, let me know. Duties consist of picking up the donations from church in the hamper in the social hall, weighing them, and taking them to St. Paul’s Methodist church on Lone Star Road on Monday morning (between 9:00-9:45). On Tuesdays, the Clothes Closet is open for those in need to get clothing/shoes/baby items, etc. at no charge. It is my hope that this program will continue.
