Year End Statements

All of the year end statements for 2017 were emailed/mailed out before Feb 1stl.  If you did not receive one by now, please contact Jennifer in the Admin office.  PLEASE NOTE: If you are using our automated donation system for your regular donations, simply filling out a new pledge form does not automatically change your auto-donation amount.  You must fill out a new authorization form anytime you change the amount or the funding source.  For 2018, please check your bank statements. If you find the amount was incorrect, please contact the Administrator today 904-725-8133 today.
